I have been in the Fitness Profession for 10 years as personal fitness trainer and instructor. My path in fitness started with "hardcore" weightlifting and has taken me through many stages of thought, and fitness style. After years of heavy weightlifting I started listening to my body and constructing a fitness program that focuses on breath first and foremost, then a series of body motions helpful to alignment and strength within alignment. Today I feel much better than I did ten years ago because of the type of fitness program I use, and teach to others! For a long time it has been a goal of mine to construct an all encompassing wellness program that addresses all areas of fitness/wellness, including the way we think. With training in Hathaway Alignment, Hypnosis, NLP, various meditation techniques, and applying what I have discovered in day to day life it brings me great pleasure to pass this information on to others.
