It seems that everyone these days are taking some form of vitamin, whether a multivitamin or a particular supplement. Every day we hear people promising that some vitamin is going to be the cure all pill. But is this really the case?

Most nutritionists will agree that most Americans get more than enough vitamins through their diet. If you are eating a proper diet of fruits, veggies, carbs and protein then chances are you are fine.

We all want the perfect toned feminine ripped body, but often we might be at a loss for what we need to do.

It is clear that to get the body you have to workout all of your major muscle groups. Legs, arms, abs, etc need to be incorporated into every workout!

But do you know to workout your shoulders? My shoulders are my favorite body part.

You have probably heard this time and time again, the old saying that fat weighs less than muscle. But is this true?

In one easy point: a pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat. No matter how you weigh it a pound is a pound.

But it is true that muscle is more dense than fat. If you have a block of muscle and an equal size block of fat the muscle will weigh more.

If you are doing the recommended 20 minutes of cardio a day then congratulations, but are you really getting the maximal results?

It is great if you can run straight for 20 minutes but this alone is not the best cardio workout you can get. It has been shown that interval training is key to increase cardiovascular workouts.

Interval training is a really easy concept but yet few serious workout ladies take advantage of it.
