Barbell Pullovers


Execution: Lie flat on your back with your feet firmly on the floor. Hold the barbell in an overhand grip with your hands shoulder-width apart, inhale as you lower the bar behind your head, bending your elbows slightly. Exhaling as you return to the starting position.
