Barbell Triceps Extensions

 



Overview: Also known as the "French Press", the triceps extension is the fundamental movement for developing larger triceps.

Execution: With an overhand grip on the bar, lie on your back and extend your arms. Inhale and in a controlled manner bend your elbows. Making sure that they stay at your sides. Return the bar to the starting position and exhale as you complete the movement.
