Cable Adductions





Overview: This is an excellent exercise to build the muscles of the inner thighs.

Execution: Fasten the cuff to your ankle and hold on to a stationary object if needed for support. Inhale as you bring your leg with the attached cuff toward and then across your other leg. Exhale and return to the starting position.
