Dumbbell Squats





Execution: Stand with your feet slightly apart, grasping a dumbbell in each hand with your arms hanging down at your sides. Looking straight ahead, inhale, arch your back, and squat down bringing your thighs parallel to the floor. Exhale as you straighten your legs to return to the starting position
