Overview: This is the best quadriceps isolation movement and is recommended for beginners who need to gain strength before attempting more technical movements.

Execution: As you sit on the machine grasp either the handles or the edge of the seat to steady your body throughout the movement. Bend your knees and place your ankles under the roller pads. Inhale and raise your legs until they are parallel to the floor. Exhale as you complete the movement.
