Our exercise center is designed to provide fitness and exercise enthusiast with free exercise programs, training and workout logs, and exercise plans that make working out and getting in shape easy and fun.

Physical exercise, including strength and weight training, can be used to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health. It is often practiced to strengthen muscles and the cardiovascular system, and to hone athletic skills. Regular physical exercise boosts the immune system, and helps prevent diseases of affluence such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity. It also improves mental health and helps prevent depression. In women, strength and weight training can improve bone density.

Muscle building and strength training can play an important part in a diet or weight loss program. Building muscle increases your body's metabolic rate which keeps your weight in balance.
